Root Canal — Front Tooth

Maryland rates for HCPCS D3310

Treatment of the infected or damaged inner pulp of a front tooth (an incisor or canine), where the nerve tissue inside is removed, the inner canal is cleaned and shaped, and it is sealed to prevent further infection. It does not include the crown or filling placed afterward to restore the tooth, which is a separate procedure. Front teeth generally have a simpler root shape than back teeth, which is part of why this differs from a molar root canal.
