Heart Rhythm Recording From the Esophagus

Delaware rates for HCPCS 93615

Recording of the electrical signals from the upper chambers of the heart using a thin electrode passed through the nose or mouth into the food pipe, which lies directly behind the heart. That position picks up the upper-chamber signal far more clearly than electrodes on the skin. This is recording only, with no pacing of the heart.
