Covers a full calendar month of management by a physician or other qualified health professional for a child aged two to eleven who has kidney failure and is on dialysis, with a single face-to-face visit during that month. It takes in reviewing how well dialysis is working, blood results and medicines, and the child's growth, nutrition and development, along with guiding the parents. The dialysis sessions themselves are provided and charged separately.
