Rh Immune Globulin Shot, Full Dose

Vermont rates for HCPCS 90384

A preparation of protective antibodies given as an injection into a muscle, at the standard full strength, to someone with Rh-negative blood. It stops the immune system from building a lasting reaction against Rh-positive red blood cells it may have been exposed to, most often from a baby during pregnancy or delivery. This covers the product itself; giving the injection is billed separately.
