RSV Antibody Injection For High-Risk Infants

West Virginia rates for HCPCS 90378

An injection of ready-made protective antibodies against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), a common winter virus that can cause serious chest infections in babies. Unlike a vaccine it does not train the immune system: it supplies protection directly, which works straight away but fades, so doses are repeated through the RSV season.
