Vitamin A Blood Test

This blood test measures the level of vitamin A circulating in the body, a nutrient important for vision, immune function, and skin health. It is used to help evaluate suspected vitamin A deficiency, which can cause vision problems, or, less commonly, to check for excess vitamin A from supplements. It requires only a standard blood draw.
