Definitive Test for Benzodiazepines

Vermont rates for HCPCS 80347

A laboratory test that identifies specific benzodiazepines — sedative and anti-anxiety medicines — in urine or another body-fluid sample and reports exactly which ones are present. Unlike a rapid screening test that only signals that something in the class may be there, this method names the individual substances. It is used in medication monitoring and in evaluating possible misuse.
