Eardrum Repair With Hearing Bone Implant

Delaware rates for HCPCS 69633

Surgery that patches a hole in the eardrum and, in the same operation, rebuilds the tiny chain of hearing bones behind it using a manufactured implant. The implant bridges the gap where the natural bones have been eroded or lost, so sound can reach the inner ear again. The mastoid bone behind the ear is not opened in this version.
