New Tear Drainage Passage Into The Nose

Delaware rates for HCPCS 68720

Creates a new channel from the tear sac at the inner corner of the eye directly into the nose, bypassing a blocked tear duct. A small opening is made in the bone between the sac and the nasal cavity and the linings are joined so tears drain again. It is done for a duct that is blocked below the sac and cannot be opened by probing.
