Vermont rates for HCPCS 67320
Moves one of the muscles that turn the eye to a different attachment point on the eyeball, so it can take over some of the pull normally supplied by a muscle that has become weak or paralysed. It is performed as an extra step during eye-muscle surgery and is billed in addition to the main procedure. Redirecting the pull helps bring the eye back into line and reduces double vision.
