Removing a Blood Clot From the Front of the Eye

Wyoming rates for HCPCS 65930

Clears clotted blood from the front chamber of the eye, the space between the clear cornea and the colored iris, through a small incision. Blood collects there after an injury or an internal bleed, blurring vision and sometimes driving up the pressure inside the eye. Removing the clot restores the light path and protects the cornea from staining.
