Nerve Repair Using a Tube or Vein Graft

Oregon rates for HCPCS 64910

Reconnects the two ends of a cut or damaged nerve by bridging the gap with a small hollow tube made of synthetic material, or with a segment of donated vein, so the regrowing nerve fibers have a path to follow. Each nerve treated is counted separately. It is used when the ends cannot simply be stitched together without tension.
