Continuous Nerve Block Catheter at the Groin Nerve

Wyoming rates for HCPCS 64448

Numbing medicine is delivered to the femoral nerve, the large nerve at the front of the groin that supplies the front of the thigh and the knee. Instead of a single injection, a fine tube is left beside the nerve so medicine can be given continuously. It is used mainly to control pain after knee or thigh surgery.
