Removal of an Extra Spinal Bone Body

Removes the block-shaped front portion of a further spinal bone, together with the discs on either side of it, to take pressure off the spinal cord and nerve roots. It is done through an incision made from the front of the body, and the gap left behind is filled with graft or a support implant. It is billed in addition to the main procedure for each extra bone removed.
