Removes a small window of bone from the back of a vertebra in the neck and clears whatever is pressing on a nerve root, including part of a facet joint, the roof of the nerve exit tunnel, or a bulging disc fragment. One disc level is treated. It relieves arm pain, numbness or weakness coming from a pinched nerve in the neck.
