Laparoscopic Release of Pelvic Adhesions

New Mexico rates for HCPCS 58660

Uses keyhole surgery through small abdominal openings to cut and free scar-tissue bands that have stuck the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and nearby structures to one another or to the pelvic wall. Freeing them can relieve pain and let the tubes and ovaries sit and move normally again. A camera and fine instruments are passed through the small openings.
