Second Stage Hypospadias Repair

Oregon rates for HCPCS 54308

Builds the missing section of the urinary channel in a boy born with hypospadias, where the opening sits on the underside of the penis rather than at the tip. This is the second stage of a planned two-part repair, using tissue prepared at the earlier operation, and includes arrangements to divert urine while the new channel heals. The aim is a straight penis with the opening at the tip and a normal stream.
