Replacement Of Artificial Urinary Sphincter

Surgery to remove a failed or infected artificial urinary sphincter and put a new one in during the same operation. The device has a cuff around the urine tube, a control pump and a fluid reservoir, and it keeps the urine tube closed until the patient presses the pump.
