Artificial Urinary Sphincter Implant

Oregon rates for HCPCS 53445

Implants an inflatable artificial sphincter to stop urine leakage. Three connected parts go in during the one operation: a cuff that wraps around the urine tube and squeezes it closed, a fluid reservoir, and a small pump the person presses when they want to urinate. It is used for incontinence that has not settled with other treatment.
