Removal Or Revision Of A Male Urinary Sling

Surgery to take out or adjust a sling that was previously placed to control urine leakage in a man. The sling is exposed through an incision between the scrotum and the anus, then removed or repositioned and re-tensioned. It is done when the sling is too tight, too loose, infected, or eroding into tissue.
