Removes prostate tissue that is still blocking the flow of urine after an earlier prostate operation, either tissue that was left behind or tissue that has grown back. A scope is passed along the urethra and the obstructing tissue is trimmed away from the inside, with no cut in the skin. Bleeding is controlled during the same procedure.
