Ureter Reattached With Bladder Pulled Up

Kansas rates for HCPCS 50785

Reattaches the ureter, the tube carrying urine from the kidney, to the bladder when a length of the tube is missing or damaged and the gap is too long to close simply. The bladder is pulled upward and anchored, or a flap of bladder wall is rolled into a tube, to bridge the distance. This lets urine drain again without tension on the join.
