Ureter Reattached To Bladder With Reshaping

Washington, DC rates for HCPCS 50783

The tube carrying urine from the kidney is detached and reattached to the bladder in a new position with a valve action that stops urine flowing backwards. Because the tube is abnormally wide, a length of it is narrowed and reshaped before it is joined, so it can drain and empty properly.
