Gallbladder Drain Placed Through The Skin

Places a drainage tube into the gallbladder through the skin of the abdomen, using ultrasound or X-ray to guide it, and covers the imaging as well as the tube placement. It is used to drain an infected or badly inflamed gallbladder in someone who is too unwell for the gallbladder to be removed straight away.
