Wyoming rates for HCPCS 46280

Surgery for an anal fistula, an abnormal tunnel between the anal canal and the skin, where the tunnel takes a course through or around the muscle rings that control the bowel, or where more than one tunnel is present. The tunnel is removed or laid open, and a soft loop called a seton may be threaded through it and left in place so it keeps draining while the muscle is protected.
