Tightening a Weak, Raised Diaphragm

Surgery to flatten and tighten the diaphragm, the breathing muscle under the lungs, when it has become thin and slack and rides too high into the chest. The loose muscle is folded over and stitched down so the lung above it has room to expand and breathing gets easier. It can be reached from the chest or from the abdomen.
