Closes a leaky varicose vein in an arm or a leg using heat: a thin catheter is passed into the vein and radiofrequency energy warms the vein wall until it seals shut, so blood reroutes through healthier veins. This covers each further vein treated in the same limb during the session, each entered through its own puncture site. It is billed in addition to the first vein treated.
