Synthetic Graft From The Aorta To The Groin

Indiana rates for HCPCS 35647

Routes blood from the aorta in the abdomen down to the artery in the groin on one side, using a man-made tube as the new channel. It is used when the pelvic artery on that side is blocked and the leg is short of blood. The abdomen and the groin on that side are opened so the graft can be attached at each end.
