Synthetic Graft From The Aorta To Both Groins

Replaces the flow through a blocked lower aorta and pelvic arteries with a man-made Y-shaped tube running from the aorta down to the artery in each groin. It restores the blood supply to both legs in one operation. The abdomen is opened to reach the aorta, and both groins are opened to attach the graft limbs.
