Abdominal Blood Vessel Repair With A Synthetic Graft

New Mexico rates for HCPCS 35281

Repairs a damaged or diseased blood vessel inside the abdomen by bridging the affected section with man-made tubing, through an open abdominal incision. It is used when a vessel is injured or has to be replaced, often during or after another abdominal operation. Synthetic material is used rather than a length of the patient's own vein.
