Abdominal Blood Vessel Repair Using A Vein Graft

Pennsylvania rates for HCPCS 35251

Repairs a damaged or diseased blood vessel inside the abdomen by bridging the affected section with a piece of vein taken from elsewhere in the body. It is done through an open abdominal incision, most often after an injury or when a vessel is damaged during another abdominal operation. Using the patient's own vein avoids placing man-made material into the repair.
