Repair Of A Limb Blood Vessel With A Vein Graft

Vermont rates for HCPCS 35236

Repairs a damaged artery or vein in an arm or leg by replacing the injured segment with a piece of the patient's own vein taken from elsewhere. The graft is stitched in at both ends so blood flows through the vessel again. It is used when the vessel is too damaged to be stitched back together directly.
