Direct Repair Of A Blood Vessel In The Arm

Iowa rates for HCPCS 35206

Repairs a torn, cut or damaged blood vessel in the arm by stitching the vessel itself back together, without adding a graft to bridge a gap. The vessel is exposed, bleeding is controlled, ragged edges are trimmed and the repair is sewn so blood flows through again. It is most often done urgently after an injury.
