Direct Repair of a Blood Vessel in the Neck

Vermont rates for HCPCS 35201

Sews closed a blood vessel in the neck that has been cut, torn, or damaged, restoring normal flow through it. The vessel is exposed through a neck incision and its own edges are stitched straight back together, without a graft. It is most often needed after a penetrating injury or after damage during another operation.
