Dedicated planning time in which the surgeon studies the patient's own scans to design a made-to-measure stent graft for an aorta whose branches to the kidneys, bowel and liver must stay open. The openings in the graft have to be positioned to line up with each patient's individual branch vessels. It requires a substantial block of concentrated planning time and is done before the operation itself.
