Makes an incision at the inner elbow or upper arm to expose the main arm artery, so wires and catheters can be passed from above during a stent graft repair of the aorta or a pelvic artery. Working from the arm as well as the groin helps the operator steer devices into position, and the artery is stitched closed at the end. It covers one arm.
