Open Aortic Repair After Failed Stent Graft

Open surgery through the abdomen to repair an aneurysm or tear of the main artery below the kidneys after a previous stent-graft repair has failed. A fabric tube that divides into two branches is sewn in, one branch running to each of the arteries in the pelvis, and any damage to nearby arteries is repaired at the same time.
