Later Stent Graft Extension After Aortic Repair

Places an extension piece into an aortic or pelvic stent graft at a separate visit some time after the original repair was completed. It is used when follow-up scanning shows blood leaking around the graft or shows that the graft needs to reach further along the vessel. The extension is delivered from inside the blood vessel through a small access point in the groin.
