Hawaii rates for HCPCS 33220

A procedure to repair the wires that run through a vein into the heart from an implanted pacemaker or defibrillator. The pocket under the skin is reopened and damaged insulation or a faulty connection is fixed so the device can sense the heartbeat and deliver its therapy reliably again.
