Pacemaker Upgrade To A Two-Wire System

New Hampshire rates for HCPCS 33214

An existing single-wire pacemaker is converted to a two-wire system so the upper and lower chambers of the heart beat in a coordinated way. The old pulse generator is removed, the existing wire is tested, a new wire is placed in the other chamber, and a new generator is connected.
