Keyhole Removal Of Two Lung Lobes

Removal of two of the lobes that make up a lung, performed through small chest incisions with a camera rather than a large open cut. It is used when disease involves more than one lobe on the same side but the whole lung does not need to come out. A chest drain stays in for a few days while the remaining lung expands.
