Keyhole Removal Of Air Blisters On The Lung

Vermont rates for HCPCS 32655

Removes or folds down bullae, large air-filled blisters on the lung that no longer take any part in breathing and can burst and collapse the lung. It is done through small chest incisions using a camera rather than by opening the chest. Dealing with them lets healthy lung expand into the space and reduces the chance of another collapse.
