Keyhole shoulder surgery in which the long biceps tendon is released from its anchor inside the joint and fixed to the upper arm bone instead, taking a common source of front-of-shoulder pain out of the joint. A camera and instruments work through small punctures, and the tendon is held with an anchor or screw. It is often done together with other shoulder repairs.
