Midfoot Fusion With Bone Cut for Flatfoot

Vermont rates for HCPCS 28735

Fuses several joints across the middle of the foot so they no longer move, and also cuts and repositions a bone to change the shape of the foot. It is used to correct a painful flat or collapsed arch and to settle worn-out or unstable midfoot joints. Screws, plates or staples hold everything in place while the bones grow together.
