Reshaping the Upper Shin Bone for Alignment

The top of the shin bone is cut and repositioned to correct bow-legged or knock-kneed alignment, shifting body weight away from the worn side of the knee. Part of the smaller outer bone of the lower leg may also be cut or removed so the correction can be held. This version is for people whose bones have finished growing.
