Open Repair Of Dislocated Finger Joint

Vermont rates for HCPCS 26785

Opens a dislocated finger joint so the bones can be put back into place under direct view, with a pin or small screw used to hold the joint if needed. It is used when the joint cannot be reduced by pulling and manipulating it from the outside, often because soft tissue is trapped in the joint. Torn tissue around the joint is repaired at the same time.
