Freeing a Scarred Straightening Tendon in the Hand

Vermont rates for HCPCS 26445

Releases a tendon on the back of the hand or finger from the scar tissue holding it down, so it can glide freely and move the finger again. The tendon itself is left intact; only the adhesions binding it are divided. Each tendon released is counted separately.
