Repair Of Drooping Fingertip Tendon

Vermont rates for HCPCS 26433

Reattaches or tightens the tendon at the far end of a finger that straightens the fingertip, without using a graft. It is done when the fingertip droops and cannot be lifted, either soon after the injury or later once splinting has failed. The finger is usually splinted afterwards to protect the repair.
