Removal Of A Tendon From The Palm

Takes out a bending or straightening tendon from the palm of the hand, one tendon per operation. The tendon is freed from its sheath and removed through an incision in the palm. It is done when a tendon is too damaged, scarred or diseased to be repaired and leaving it in place would cause problems.
