Dupuytren's Surgery, Palm and One Finger

Wyoming rates for HCPCS 26123

Surgery for Dupuytren's contracture, where thickened cords under the skin of the palm pull a finger down towards the hand. The diseased tissue is removed from the palm and on into one finger, freeing the middle joint of that finger so it can straighten, and the skin may be rearranged or a small graft used to close the wound. Additional fingers released at the same operation are billed separately.
